I learned a few things from my trip. These included to never ever ever drink FourLoko, that gambling wont get me very far, that stick-on tattoo’s are awesome, and that a great tuxedo will go a long way.

We stayed at the Treasure Island hotel, where we spent most of our time. My other favorite spots included the Wynn, Tao at the Venetian, Aria, and the shops at Caesers.

I hope to return to that magical city soon, and congrat’s to Dan and Alison on their marriage.

A small group of friends and I just launched www.4squarebadges.com this weekend. This application breaks down the FourSquare application, its badges, and feeds of people using it.  We have list breaking down each of the badges, a list of all swarm badges, and other tricks to winning at the game of Foursquare.

I am documenting the marketing aspects of this site over here on http://www.4squarebadges.com/testing-inbound-marketing-blog/.  You will see that our organic search has been very successful for many Foursquare badge terms.

Now, every single DJ has the same music, that even the nightclub lists sound like top-40 radio stations. Since it is apparent that all DJ’s share their music, I have just about all of the music that I could ever need.

So what is on my iPod?

I prefer to listen to mixed content on my iPod, as I don’t have to rely on the shuffle feature to make sure that I have great music playing at all times. I prefer to just turn on a 60 minute mixtape, and let it play than playing through 20 songs in a playlist.

I scored a Skullebrities shirt in the mail today. Skullebrities brand is a t-shirt company that has a very interesting niche. Each of their shirts has a famous dead celebrity on it, with a skull face.  The shirt even came in a cool tombstone box that you can see in my pictures.

1. They contain a built-in microphone which made for a seamless audio to phone-call transition.
2. Apple said so.

Having purchased 4 pairs of these headphones from Apple, and received one pair in the mail after a pair exploded from static electricity, I found myself questioning the worth of these earbuds.  I am a very big fan of listening to a manufacturer about pairing products, as they understand the engineering logic of pairing two products together. Unfortunatly Apple does not have the techincal sophistication to make earbuds with the same quality of their higher end products, like phones and laptops.

I decided to replace my earbud of choice with the Skull Candy InkD earbuds.  I purchased these for two reasons.

1. The fact that they received over 500 Amazon Reviews.
2. They were cheap.

I spent $30 today on three pair of these headphones, which is the equivalent of 1 pair of the Apple iPhone Earbuds. I am very satisfied with these earbuds after one day of usage. While the 11mm driver is quite tiny, it will keep me satisfied during my daily commute, as well as other listening adventure.  I chose with the smallest of the three enclosed rubber mounts, that fit easily onto the earbuds.  I do have big ears, but it seems that the smallest mount does in fact fit best.

For $9.99 each, these were an amazing buy(all three pair).

I met Dean Whitney and began working for him at GGI Agency. I went from a UNH Class of 2009 Geography Major, to an Online Marketing Professional and Digital Content Producer. Was I qualified? Probably not, but I kicked ass at my job.

I spun my largest party of 1200 people at the Worcester DCU Arena. I convinced most of my DJ friends to use the same DJ software that I use, Serato Scratch Live. I can publicly say that I cannot DJ without my laptop anymore.

I bought my 2nd iPhone the day that I was let go from my first job. I waited 2 hours in line to find out that I didn’t have a job to return to. Three weeks later, I got a job at a little company called HubSpot. I am now on the services team here, solving problems all day.  My new job forced me to move out of New Hampshire, and down to Boston which has been quite an experience.
