My Visit To Las Vegas

I just returned from my first trip to last vegas. I was there to oversee the marriage of Dan and Alison Zarrella. I spent 3 nights there with my two best friends from work, Brian and Kyle. We enjoyed activities like slot machines, fine dining, shopping, pirate ships, sports books, sushi, Conan, tequlia bloody mary’s, duck, seabass that changed my life, and frozen beverages in skull mugs.

I learned a few things from my trip. These included to never ever ever drink FourLoko, that gambling wont get me very far, that stick-on tattoo’s are awesome, and that a great tuxedo will go a long way.

We stayed at the Treasure Island hotel, where we spent most of our time. My other favorite spots included the Wynn, Tao at the Venetian, Aria, and the shops at Caesers.

I hope to return to that magical city soon, and congrat’s to Dan and Alison on their marriage.

My New Role @ HubSpot

This week I started my new role at work. I spent just over a year on the support team, and I recently joined our development team. My new title is QA Engineer. I am responsible for testing our software, creating automated tests, and working with our developers and product team to improve the software.

New MacBook

After much decision, I decided to purchase a new MacBook Pro. I was researching the 13″ MacBook Pro, and the inexpensive iPad model. I concluded that the iPad would require me to spend heavily for applications to do what I can already do with the MacBook which was the main deterrent. I can also use this new MacBook pro for DJ’ing with Serato.

I made it onto Boston’s Fox News tonight speaking about Social Media and job hunting.
