After much decision, I decided to purchase a new MacBook Pro. I was researching the 13″ MacBook Pro, and the inexpensive iPad model. I concluded that the iPad would require me to spend heavily for applications to do what I can already do with the MacBook which was the main deterrent. I can also use this new MacBook pro for DJ’ing with Serato.

Last night was the Spring Weekend event at Merrimack college. We ran the sound and lighting for the event. As events unfolded, I ended up becoming the DJ for Sammy Adam’s show. This was my largest crowd, as I was standing in front of about 3000 people alone on stage at one point. LMFAO did a great job doing what they do; going crazy. We had a 30 foot tall stack of JBL Vertec speakers which were too loud for the hockey arena that we were in.

I spent Wednesday evening with my great friend Kyle James. We managed to end up in the front row of the bleachers in Fenway Park; just near the opponent bullpen. I also managed to obtain the History Channel badge after the game when running around Faneuil Hall.

I had an excellent trip to the Boston Garden tonight. I managed to score Playoff tickets just one day before the game.  While I was at the garden, I managed to earn the Foursquare Swarm Badge.  This badge is earned when someone checks into Foursquare with 50+ people.
